Basically, please don’t break or lose our gear! Please keep in touch with us throughout the demo for any technical support. When your loan period comes to an end just give us a shout if there are any delays in returning the gear.
By ticking the above box, you (“Borrower“) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The equipment listed on the demo form (the “Equipment”) is provided on a loan basis by Karno Sound (“Karno”) to the Borrower, in accordance with these terms and conditions, for the purposes of product demonstration or repair cover.
2. Karno will aim to deliver the equipment on or before the requested delivery date but accept no responsibility for late arrival of the equipment. Outbound transport costs will be paid by Karno.
3. The Equipment remains the sole property of Karno at all times.
4. Risk in the Equipment will pass to the Borrower on delivery until the Equipment is returned to Karno premises. In the event the Equipment is stolen, the Borrower must inform Karno immediately and report the theft to the police.
5. The Equipment will be loaned to the Borrower from the date of delivery until the requested demo end date, subject to extension, or when recalled by Karno, which ever is soonest. It is the responsibility of the Borrower to return the Equipment to Karno at the specified address using a fully insured, tracked courier.
6. In the event the Equipment is lost, stolen or damaged, Karno reserves the right to invoice the Borrower for the full market cost of the Equipment.
